Report Card

Superintendent’s Welcome Letter

Welcome to the North Carolina Report Card for the Camden County Schools. This report card provides you with an overview of data about selected measures of student outcomes. We hope you find the information helpful.
The North Carolina Report Card reflects the measures of accountability defined by the state. The data in the report card is for the 2016-2017 school year which is the most current information available. We feel the data presents an accurate picture of the successes the school system has achieved as it serves the students of the Camden County. The report card includes data about student performance, demographic data, class size, teacher qualifications, and many other items that may be of interest to parents and the community.
In addition to the information provided in the report card, the school system is proud of the involvement and support provided by many people in the community. Their support through organizations, like PTA’s, athletic boosters, band boosters, LOCKS, churches and many other community organizations contribute greatly to the successes experienced in the Camden County Schools.
We encourage all parents to become actively involved in your child’s school. Working together, we will be able to continue to provide a quality educational experience for your child.
Please feel free to contact school personnel if you wish any additional information about the Camden County Schools.

Sincerely,

Camden County Schools Superintendent
