Teacher of the Year

Ms.  Amber Davis is the Camden County Schools 2014-15 Teacher of the Year.  Ms. Davis is a teacher who effectively communicates passion for reading and writing to her students and truly cares for each and every one them.  Ms. Davis has very high expectations, both personally and academically.  She knows that students are always capable of more than they typically give and that it is her job to make sure they push themselves to be more and do more.  One of Ms. Davis success  is having current students comment that they dislike reading but love her class because of what they learned from the literature and when former students return and say to her that her class prepared them for the pace and rigor of college courses.
