Letter from the Superintendent

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),

 

Today is the first day of the closing of schools for at least two weeks by Governor Cooper. As you know, this announcement came on a Saturday afternoon. My team, principals, the Board of Education, and I have worked this weekend to begin getting some plans in place for:

 

– Continuing to educate students

– Providing child nutrition

– Other important considerations for student well-being

 

We are finalizing those plans today and will have a comprehensive communication out to you by the end of the day today about next steps. In the meantime, please contact me if I can assist you in any way at 252.335.0831.
